Skinnier means happier

I know there are so many weight loss blogs out there, but I really need to do this for myself. I've lost a lot of weight before, but I always end up gaining it back. I need everyone's help to lose it again and keep it off! I need this to be happy, and I want to support others in the same struggle to lose weight. We can do this :)
